Meet Kim:


My name is Kim Puskar and I'm a Pn1 Certified Nutrition Coach, a PN Level 1 Certified Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach, and a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in Nutrition.  Food and nutrition have been a life-long passion for me and I've spent a significant portion of my life learning about food, how our body uses it, learning how to cook entirely from scratch, and developing my own recipes.  This journey, combined with my education, has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others and to help them make positive changes in their lives and to their overall health.


More recently though, I also saw a need for better stress management and sleep habits in my own personal life.  This led me down a path of learning and further education on these deep health topics and I soon realized that improved sleep quality, healthier ways of dealing with stress, and building habits that help your body recover fully (from activity, stress, and injury or illness) are all powerful tools that are vital for maintaining peak health  - especially when combined with good nutrition. 


I will use my knowledge and experience to help you make positive changes in your life and find your healthy balance. Learning that even small changes can lead to big results is a fundamental step in empowering yourself to a lifetime of health and happiness.  I'd be honored to be a part of your personal journey and to be your support along the way!

I've spent the last 20 years teaching myself how to cook & bake completely from scratch.  I also have a serious sweet tooth - which doesn't always lend itself to the most healthy diet.  So, I've put a lot of time and effort into learning how to make healthy substitutions in classic comfort foods that taste and feel every bit as delicious and gratifying as the originals.  I'll share my best tips and recipes with you and help you learn how to make healthy food fun!
